In March of this year, a construction company from Australia sent us an inquiry through our website, planning to purchase two spider cranes, models SS1.0 and SS3.0. Having previously used Maeda spider cranes from Japan, this customer placed high demands on product performance and quality.

During the conversation, the customer emphasized their requirements for a high-end, durable, and stable engine and display. Although the customer encountered some payment issues due to internal reasons in the following months, payment was successfully completed in August. The equipment has now been shipped to Australia as scheduled, and we await further customer feedback.
