Recently, SEVENCRANE successfully completed a cooperation project with a Bulgarian customer who purchased a Derek laba-laba 1 ton for use in installing a two-level car stacking and parking system. The customer had previous experience using a UNIC spider crane, which helped them clearly understand the operational advantages and flexibility of this type of equipment.
During the initial inquiry, the Bulgarian customer visited our official website and expressed interest in finding a compact lifting solution that could operate efficiently in limited spaces. The customer’s main concerns were the overall dimensions, total weight, and engine type of the spider crane, as the working area within the parking structure was relatively confined. Our sales and technical teams quickly provided detailed specifications, dimension drawings, and operation videos, helping the client evaluate different model options.
After several rounds of communication, we confirmed the final configuration as a dual-power drive system—featuring both a Honda gasoline engine and an electric motor. This setup allows the crane to operate flexibly in various environments: the electric mode offers quiet, zero-emission operation indoors, while the Honda engine ensures reliable outdoor performance where electricity may not be available. We also shared detailed lifting charts and site application examples to demonstrate the equipment’s efficiency and stability.
Once the order was confirmed, SEVENCRANE arranged for strict quality inspection and pre-shipment testing to ensure all functions, safety systems, and remote control operations met the customer’s expectations. The crane was successfully shipped on schedule, and upon receiving the equipment, the customer expressed great satisfaction with both the build quality and ease of operation.
The 1-ton spider crane has now been put into service at the customer’s project site, providing precise and efficient lifting during the installation of the car parking system. Its compact size, lightweight structure, and easy maneuverability allow it to work in narrow spaces where conventional lifting machinery cannot operate.
