Romania – 5-ton spider crane to meet the needs of steel structure plant construction

1.On January 9, 2024, we received an inquiry from a Romanian customer on the Alibaba platform. The customer is an experienced middleman who mainly serves industrial plant steel structure construction projects. In the initial communication, the customer clearly stated that he needed a 5 ton spinkraan and specified the configuration of key functions such as Yanmar engine, outrigger alarm, torque display, torque limiter, etc.

2. After understanding the customer’s needs, we responded quickly, not only providing a detailed technical solution and formal quotation, but also showing our spider crane video feedback exported to Brazil, and attached ISO, CE and other certification documents. We also shared the recent export to Denmark case, which enhanced the customer’s trust in our brand.

3.The customer confirmed the technical parameters in early February and requested a price adjustment. After internal review, we gave the greatest support within a reasonable range, and finally successfully signed the order and promised to deliver within 20 working days to ensure the smooth progress of the customer’s project.

◊We welcomed a customer from the Pacific island country of Guam in December 2024. The customer is the project manager of a construction company and plans to purchase a 14-ton spider crane for hoisting operations of steel structure frames. Since it is the first time to purchase spider crane equipment, the customer pays great attention to product quality and safety performance.

◊After detailed communication, the customer proposed customized configuration requirements, including:

 -Outrigger sensor

-Torque limiter and display

-EPA certified Yanmar engine

 -Joystick control + remote control

 -Hydraulic fly arm system

◊We clearly explained the details and advantages of each configuration, and emphasized that our engine meets the EPA environmental certification standards and meets the local construction environmental protection requirements of Guam. Through a series of graphic materials and technical responses, the customer recognized our professionalism and has now completed the delivery.

Mexico – 8-ton dual-drive spider crane, efficient and flexible to cope with complex construction site environments

◊In March 2025, a Mexican customer submitted an inquiry through our website. This project requires an 8 ton spinkraan for multi-functional and high-frequency lifting tasks in construction. The customer has specified a number of customized requirements, including:

-Dual drive system (Yunnei diesel engine + motor)

-Voltage requirements: 220V/60Hz/three-phase

-3-meter hydraulic flying arm + rotating basket

-Torque display and limiter

-Wireless remote control operation

◊We quickly developed a solution and generated a quotation. After confirming the drawings and contracts, the customer paid a 30% advance payment. After the product was completed, we shot a video to confirm and notify the customer of the shipment. The customer was very satisfied and immediately settled the balance. The equipment was finally successfully shipped to Mexico by FOB Qingdao Port.
