The customer is a professional steel structure contractor engaged in the installation of industrial workshops and metal buildings. After extensive communication and several rounds of technical discussions, the customer chose SEVENCRANE as their trusted supplier due to our professionalism, responsiveness, and ability to provide customized lifting solutions. At the beginning of the inquiry, the customer clearly stated their project needs — they required a 10-ton spider crane with a hydraulic fly jib, dual power drive system, and remote control with display screen. The dual-drive system (Yanmar diesel engine + electric motor) was particularly important, as it allows the crane to operate efficiently both indoors and outdoors, ensuring uninterrupted performance regardless of power availability. In addition, the customer requested a load moment indicator that displays boom length and working radius data, ensuring operational safety during lifting operations. Model: SS1.0,SS3.0 Working Height: 6m,9.8m Control Method: Remote Control In March of this year, a construction company from Australia sent us an inquiry through our website, planning to purchase two spider cranes, models SS1.0 and SS3.0. Having previously used Maeda spider cranes from Japan, this customer placed high demands on product performance and quality. During the conversation, the customer emphasized their requirements for a high-end, durable, and stable engine and display. We recommended and configured Honda and Yanmar engines, along with a high-end torque display to ensure safety and precision during operations. Furthermore, we customized the equipment with their company logo, reflecting their professionalism and enhancing brand recognition. In April, the customer personally visited our factory and gave high praise to the production floor, quality management processes, and on-site machine trials. He was highly impressed by our team’s professionalism and product quality, and upon returning home, he recommended our products to his friends. Although the customer encountered some payment issues due to internal reasons in the following months, payment was successfully completed in August.
