SEVENCRANE recently completed the successful delivery of a 10-ton spider crane to a customer in Hungary, further demonstrating our experience and competitiveness in the European market.

The customer is a Chinese professional currently working for a chemical company in Hungary. The project involved a construction site where compact lifting equipment was required to operate efficiently within limited working spaces. After evaluating different options, the customer decided that a 10-ton spider crane would provide the flexibility and lifting performance needed for the project.

Since the equipment was to be used in Europe, the customer placed great emphasis on compliance and after-sales capabilities. One of the key requirements was CE certification, along with reliable maintenance support and proven experience in exporting spider cranes to the European market. In addition, the customer specifically requested evidence that the supplier had successfully delivered at least 20 spider cranes to Europe within the previous two years. SEVENCRANE fully met these requirements and provided relevant project references and technical documentation, which helped strengthen the customer’s confidence.

Because the end user is a state-owned enterprise, the purchase had to follow a strict public tender procedure. Throughout the bidding process, our team actively cooperated with the customer by preparing technical specifications, certificates, drawings, and other supporting documents required for evaluation. Prompt responses and professional communication enabled the project to progress smoothly.

The commercial terms were also unique. The customer adopted a payment method of 97% T/T before delivery and the remaining 3% as a quality guarantee payment. All payments were made through a corporate account in RMB. Despite the challenging terms, SEVENCRANE demonstrated flexibility and a long-term cooperation mindset, which ultimately helped secure the order.

The customer highly appreciated professional support, European project experience, and ability to meet strict tender requirements. The successful completion of this project has laid a solid foundation for further cooperation in the European market.
