One of our customer from Turkey needs mini crawler crane for rent use. Our sales manager contact the customer after received his enquiry and learned they have two Japan brand mini crawler cranes. Mini crawler crane is small in size and convenient in transportation. It is widely used in the process of curtain wall construction, glass installation and narrow places. Moreover, it can meet most of the hoisting requirements of the construction site. After we offered them a quotation for an 8t small crawler crane, they were satisfied with our quotation. And said our price is better than the Japanese brand. They hope to receive the mini crawler cranes as soon as possible to make sure them could go into service in time. On 20th Sep, we received an inquiry from French Polynesia. And the client was looking for a spider crane for his client. After receiving the message from the customer, we confirmed the end user’s purpose of using the spider crane. In the process of communication, we learned that the end user needs to use a spider crane to lift the steel beam, and a 5t spider crane is required. Knowing the nearest seaport is Papeete, we sent CIF price to the client’s Email and Wechat. On 22nd Sep, we got reply from client that the end user prefer to use Yanmar engine instead of the normal engine. We do can supply Yanmar engine. Then we revised the quotation and resent it to the client. After checking, the client ask for the brochure to see more details of engine. We sent it him immediately. As usual, we sent the catalog to the customer and asked them regular parameters. Our client said they needed a 5 ton spider crane and they would use it within their own construction company. He said he needed CIF Malta free port prices. And asked for our total quotation including worker basket, hydraulic extension arm. The customer’s introduction of their needs was very detailed, so we asked the customer whether they had purchased or used spider cranes before. Our client said he had never used it, but he had seen it in action and loved it. I also told our client that the spider crane is very suitable for the construction company. While waiting for the price, I sent the 3D introduction video, operation video and test video of our spider crane to the customer.
