In January, a Romanian intermediary company reached out to SEVENCRANE through our official website, inquiring about a 5-Tonnen-Spinnenkran. The customer planned to use the crane inside a workshop for lifting steel structures. From the very beginning, our sales and technical teams maintained smooth communication with the client, ensuring that every detail of the lifting requirements and working environment was fully understood before providing a solution.

The final setup included a Yanmar diesel engine, outrigger alarm system, and a load moment indicator—ensuring both high performance and safety during operation. Shortly afterward, the client requested a price adjustment to meet their project budget. After careful evaluation, we provided a competitive offer that balanced both cost and quality. The customer appreciated our flexibility and professionalism, and the order was successfully confirmed and finalized.
